In 1995 the violets were asked by their label to record a rehearsal of the songs the band planned to put on it's next release. So Andy's 8 track tape recorder was brought down, mics were set up, and what you hear is the band playing live versions of songs you may know, but perhaps now you know them differently.
This is a nice peak into a beautiful era. Rich with feedback and passion.
Many people think the girl pictured on the self titled is holding an apple. Actually it's a pomegranate.
