MOST ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED BY OUR FULFILLMENT COMPANY WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER.

DELIVERY TAKES THREE TO SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE SHIPPING DATE, DEPENDING ON HOW FAR YOU ARE FROM ORANGE COUNTY, CA.

ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA FIRST CLASS MAIL BY THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE.

IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, IT MAY TAKE ADDITIONAL TIME FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO REACH YOU, DEPENDING ON YOUR DISTANCE FROM THE UNITED STATES, AND IT CAN TAKE UP TO 3-4 WEEKS, AS WELL AS THE TIME IT TAKES FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO CLEAR CUSTOMS IN YOUR COUNTRY.

The Shipping and Handling Charges for Domestic U.S. and Canadian Orders vary by dollar amount.

Orders over $100.00 have no shipping charge added, so the shipping and handling on these orders is free!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Please keep in mind that packages shipped outside of the United States may take up to 3-4 weeks because of the additional distance and because packages may have to clear customs when they reach the country of destination.

Shipping and Handling charges for all countries outside of the U.S. and Canada vary by dollar amount, and all orders over $125 (u.s. dollars) will recieve shipping and handling for free!

NOTE: We DO NOT have any expedited delivery service for shipments.

Note: Shipments outside the United States may be subject to additional charges by local governments, such as General Services Tax (GST) or Value Added Tax (VAT) as well as customs duties. These charges vary by country and the size of your order and are assessed by the governmental agency, and not by The Violet Burning.
